Offset Hydraulic Frame‑Extra Heavy‑Duty Tillage Performance The 1BZLY series hydraulic trailed extra heavy disc harrow is engineered for demanding field conditions including heavy clay soil, wasteland and heavily weed‑infested plots. It performs stubble clearing before sowing, breaks compacted topsoil and incorporates chopped straw back into soil to improve soil fertility.
660mm Heavy‑Gauge Disc Blades‑Replace Plough for Primary Tillage Fitted with large‑size 660mm heavy‑gauge disc blades, this harrow efficiently crushes soil clods and levels ground surface. It can substitute plough for primary tillage on cultivated land, simplifying farming workflows and lowering overall operating costs.
Multiple Model Range & Optional Bearing Assembly Multiple models cover working width from 2000mm to 3400mm, matching tractors from 80 HP up to 140 HP. Optional 38mm round shaft oil bearing assembly or 40mm square shaft grease bearing assembly greatly improves reliability against dust, mud and harsh working environment for extended service life.
